AGE/DOB: 17 | 18th April 1979
YEAR: 7th
HOUSE: Slytherin
AFFILIATION: Neutral, but swings more towards the Order of Phoenix
SEXUALITY: Straight
[/ul]- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
GOYLE, WHO DO YOU THINK IS THE UGLIEST
GIRL IN SCHOOL? HMM... OH, BUCKBEAK, FOR SURE
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
EYE DETAILS: Warm, dark brown eyes speckled with honey shades.
HEIGHT/WEIGHT/BUILD: 5ft8inches | 120llbs | Tall, thin, naturally skinny.
FACE: An oval-shaped face with a lightly squared-off jaw, a straight nose and high, well defined cheekbones (a trait pasted down through her family)
STYLE: A very stylish, trend-following style; loves tailored dresses or skirts with jackets or lose peasant tops. She loves wearing skinny trousers, whether they be denim or leather. On her top half, she tends to layer her clothes but it always looks good. Heidi wears a lot of traditionally British outfits, especially from Jack Wills. She has a very polished, very British feel.
FEELINGS: Heidi is exceptionally conceited to the outsider and onlooker, but inside her own mind, she has lots of insecurities like any other girl. However, she was always told that it was attractive to be a good woman so you won’t often catch her crying, which to her, is an admirable trait. She’s calculating and perceptive, a devilish mix, as she’ll use certain situations to her own advantage.
PLAYED BY: Olivia Palermo.

MAN, BACK WHEN I HAD A BODY, OOH. I HAD MAD GAME
WITH THE BITCHES. JUST ASK BELLATRIX LESTRANGE!
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
LOATHES: The false nobility and bravery of Gryffindors, detentions, Professor Trelawney, Rita Skeeter, Knockturn Alley, Borgin & Burkes, Blaise Zabini, when all the attention isn’t on her, boredom, weakness and exams.
BOGGART: Her boggart takes the form of a group of people, Arthur included, walking past her, completely ignoring her or looking at her with no recognition. This is spouted from her fear of becoming insignificant.
DEMENTOR: Her worst memory is the day she was told her grandfather was dead. From an early age, he was like her best friend and she always found comfort in him, so his death greatly affected her.
PATRONUS: Her patronus takes the form of a fox, who are commonly associated with cunning, sly behavior or trickery, which matched Heidi’s personality as it was once said ‘she can Confund people without magic’. Her happiest memory was becoming Slytherin Queen.
AMORENTIA: Spearmint, firewhiskey and something undecipherable to her, like a man’s cologne.
VERITASERUM: The fact she had a secret relationship with Cedric Diggory whilst he was dating Cordelia Gold, and was the twin-brother of her best friend. She isolates herself from people, claiming the title of ‘bitch’ because she somewhat fears being close; an exception to this would be Arthur.
STRENGTHS: Contrary to common belief, Heidi is extremely intelligent and a very talented witch, especially in Potions and Arithmancy. Able to charm people to do as she wishes. Apparation, unorthodoxly enough, in her first lesson she managed to Apparate successfully.
WEAKNESSES: Holding alcohol, she’s an extreme lightweight. Taking criticism. Keeping her emotions under control and not lashing out.
OVERVIEW: Heidi is in many ways the typical Slytherin girl; she’s ambitious to the point she can’t decide what she wants to do in life as she debates many options, she’s sly and she’s deceptive. She puts on a front to the world that’s she’s this conceited, arrogant, selfish bitch and she is, but underneath it all, there is also a girl. Just a normal girl who gets annoyed by spots, sweeps their mistakes under the rug and tries to be accepted.
She takes a lot of things for granted, like the fact she inherited irreplaceable good looks and impeccable intelligence. Along with that, Heidi is reckless in her manner of spending money. If she sees something she likes, she’ll just go and buy it, no matter if it’s high-street or high couture. Her parents aren’t bothered, though.
Unknown to most, Heidi has a huge fear of being rejected or becoming insignificant, something that greatly affects how she reacts to things. She would rather have few friends and be accepted as a beautiful, albeit nasty girl than have tons of friends and be unnoticed by the outer world. Image is everything to her, which is why she takes so much time and care on her appearance, always looking close to perfect.
Being a muggleborn in a group of pureblood fanatics and Muggle haters, Heidi is very strong and doesn’t let things stand in her way; she’s broken through the prejudice and become a well-respected member of Slytherin, gaining the title of Queen.
Despite being a keen Slytherin and proud of her House, she doesn’t at all believe in being a Death Eater, purely because she’s a muggleborn. If she were to choose a side, she would be in the Order of the Phoenix.

FATHER: Daniel Fernandez, 45, chief commercial officer and share-holder of a technology firm, muggle.
SIBLINGS: Penelope, aged 20, is at Oxford university studying French, muggle.
Naomi, aged 23, is travelling with her boyfriend and doing charity work in Kenya, muggle.
WEALTH STATUS: [Extremely] wealthy, coming from a family of aristocrats and businessmen.
BIRTHPLACE: Royal London Hospital. Lived in Belgravia.
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Hogwarts, during term | Oxford in the holidays or their home in Southern France.
OVERVIEW: Growing up in a life of wealth and aristocracy, Heidi was praised often for her undeniable good looks and intelligence. Like her sisters before her, she was going to lead the life of a British socialite and marry, have kids and be on fashion columns every week. To Heidi, this was the ideal life and she always took for granted the amount of privileges she had.
Born in the Royal London Hospital, the third daughter of Regina Hawthorne and Daniel Fernandez was a welcome surprise, Heidi Saskia Fernandez, was taken home days later to the family’s lavish home in Belgravia. She lived there for the next four years, where she would be given to the care of her grandparents whilst her parents worked and her sisters went to school. This is how she developed an incredible bond with her grandfather, who would take her to tranquil gardens, visit art galleries, museums and then go to parks, theme parks, garden parties, all sorts.
Aged four, the Fernandez family moved to Oxford, where they lived in a comfortably large townhouse. Here, she grew up and nothing spectacular happened until her grandfather died and she received her Hogwarts letter, within a month of each other. The death greatly affected her and once an extremely inquisitive girl, Heidi became more world aware, less of a day-dreamer and more of an uptight, social bitch. However, the arrival of her acceptance to Hogwarts meant Heidi became the favourite child, which meant lavish presents and trips.
Move on four years into school and Heidi was rapidly becoming one of the most popular girls in school. Everybody seems to love her, her boyfriend Roger Davies was tipped to be the next Head Boy and her best friend, Arthur Diggory, had just become Quidditch Captain for Slytherin. Then, Heidi Fernandez was given the title of Slytherin Queen by previous Queen, Jennifer Luton. Heidi became the youngest girl to ever be given the title, which she still holds today.
In her past, she’s made mistakes but Heidi doesn’t falter on the things she’s done and she’s living her life as if she’s ‘it’. Entering her seventh year, things might get messy. Who knows what can happen.

ANYTHING ELSE?: I’m Harry Potter, honestly.
RP SAMPLE: Tuesdays were the days that the seventh years had no free periods and the whole day was consumed with N.E.W.T level lessons; so it was blatantly obvious if someone wasn’t attending school that day. Raina Black was not at any one of her lessons that Tuesday, and no one quite seemed to know why—even when Draco Malfoy, her cousin whom she was exceptionally close to, was asked, there was no further information. The professors didn’t seem to be bothered by her absence and presumed it to be something important that she needed to do; but really, what is important enough to be allowed not to go to lesson, yet the reason why not told to all the professors?
Anyway, as students came back from the Great Hall, going to their common rooms, Raina was entering the school grounds through the Forbidden Forest, feigning that she had gotten lost when participating in an apprenticeship with Hagrid—so of course Filch had let her back in.
Walking back across the grounds, Raina’s head was spinning—suddenly it felt like people were surrounding her, pressurizing her. She blinked. Echoing in her ears were blood-curdling screams, cries of excruciating pain. It was all too similar; the sounds, the smells and the sensations. And once again she was the cause; Raina Black was forever the foundation of others’ pain. Whether it be physical or not.
Entering into the owlery, Raina was fumbling around with a piece of parchment, trying desperately to tie it to the owl’s outstretched leg. She couldn’t get it to attach, and within a few moments of trying, Raina looked at the owl and shrugged, leaving the owl alone. Looking along the perches, Raina saw a large owl; grey with white speckles. It didn’t look like it was a school owl (it seemed to be in somewhat better condition than the school owls), but she decided she would use it anyway—the owl outstretched its leg and Raina attached the letter, with simple ease.
“Send this to Rodolphus Lestrange,” Raina said to the owl, her voice was a hushed whisper. Well, it’s a little suspicious to be sending mail to known Death Eaters. The owl paused, it looked as if it were thinking, deciding, and then it flew off.
She watched for a moment as it flew, soaring in the air and then decided to go back to the common room; and get into bed before it got too late; and if anyone asked, she’d been sick for the whole day and stayed in her dorm. No one really needed to know about what had gone on today.
She exited the owlery, and started to descend the large, spiralling staircase that led up to where the Owlery was, at the top of the West Tower. Walking down, Raina’s eyes flickered, like something was playing dangerously on her mind, but she was ruthless; relentless and heartless—it was what the Death Eaters found so utterly appealing about her; nothing seemed to be too much for her. Well, practically nothing.
